What We Do

We provide a free triage phone conversation to ascertain your needs and match you to the right health professional for your initial consultation.

During the initial consultation, we will undertake a comprehensive assessment to help understand your current challenges. Following a discussion about your short-term and long-term goals, we will plan appropriate treatment sessions. This maybe with one or more of the team, and can be a single session, an intensive block or a regular weekly session.

All our rehabilitation sessions are bespoke and tailored to your needs. Whether it be communication difficulties, physical impairment or perhaps both which are affecting your function. We will always ensure a holistic approach to your treatment.

Working Together

We work together as a team to help progress your tailored rehabilitation goals. Achieving functional independence is what we will aim for. In some cases, pain and tightness in your arm muscles affect hand function following a Stroke. Our Rehabilitation Consultant may suggest a Botulinum Toxin injection to help relax these overactive muscles. The Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist will work together to get the best outcome for you.

Leisure and Hobbies

Do you love sports such as golf, cycling or swimming?

Do you have hobbies like craft work, knitting or scrapbooking?

We have rehabilitation experience of helping people return to sport, hobbies and leisure activities. This might entail using adaptive equipment to help you achieve your personal goals.

We will go that extra mile for you, as we appreciate the importance of meeting your leisure and hobby goals in supporting your physical and mental health. Be it returning to your local gym or returning to walking, getting back on a bike or baking cakes!
